50-Year-Old Breaks World Pushup Record -- Again

New mantra: We're all special in different ways.

If you’re looking to feel good about your personal journey towards self-improvement, stop reading now. The man below will make you feel bad about yourself.

Last year, 50-year-old Carlton Williams set a Guinness World Record when he cranked out 1,874 pushups in a single hour. Naturally disappointed at averaging only about 31 pushups per minute, Williams bested himself in Australia this summer, raising his -- and the world’s -- record to 2,220 pushups in 60 minutes. That's 37 pushups every minute. Or, roughly two thirds of a pushup every second.

On another note, best of luck at the gym today! Level 5 on the elliptical machine has nothing on you!
