Carolina Chocolate Drops Swing By Chicago This Weekend

This Weekend: Old-Time String Band Magic

The Carolina Chocolate Drops will play a show on Friday night at Park West, featuring their trademark banjo, fiddle, jug, bones, and more -- not to mention their magnificent singing voices.

Longtime fans and first-time listeners alike will be stomping their feet as the Durham, NC trio plays and sings traditional string band music, and it's impossible not to love their covers of more contemporary popular music.
