How Caroline Rhea Tackles Uncomfortable Questions From Her Daughter (VIDEO)

Caroline Rhea's Daughter Almost Got A Terrible, Terrible Name

Talking to your kids about their bodies isn't the easiest of conversations. Lucky for Caroline Rhea, she's an actress with the skills to keep cool under the pressure.

The "Sabrina, The Teenage Witch" star told HuffPost Live's Caitlyn Becker that she gives some of her greatest performances when her 4-year-old daughter asks something uncomfortable.

"All of your acting comes in when you're a mother when they ask you any kind of a question and they even mention the word 'vagina.' You're like, 'Remain calm at all times. You're in charge,'" she said.

But, things could have been way more awkward. When Rhea was choosing a name for her daughter, Ava, she enlisted the help of friends and family for the middle name. She got suggestions like Louise and Maria, which she didn't like. Then came the most questionable option of them all.

"Someone said Gina, and everyone was like, 'That's really pretty.' And I'm like, 'Yeah, you guys -- Ava Gina? I think that's a little on the money. We're not naming our daughter Ava Gina,'" Rhea said.
