WATCH: Carol's Daughter Launches 'The Curl' Video Series

If you're a part of the growing number of black women who are embracing their natural hair or have already done so, you're going to love this.

The folks over at Carol's Daughter have launched an new video series called "The Curl" that will live on the brand's "Transitioning Movement" website. Kristin Braswell, EIC for the website, tapped a few popular natural hair bloggers to star in the films, including Cipriana from Urban Bush Babes, Francheska Medina from Hey Fran Hey, Enyinne of Heritage 1960, as well Shanti and Antoinette from Around the Way Curls, to name a few.

In the first video, "Why I Went Natural...," the ladies exchange stories on how and why they came to accept their curly manes. There's also a cute tutorial on how to achieve the perfect pompadour hairstyle, a la Janelle Monae.

Directed by Dominique DeLeon of Special Boy Films, the video series will address some of the common hair questions women who are deciding to go natural have, in addition to the everyday (and endless) experiences naturalistas have with their hair.
