So, you bought a cast iron skillet. You read all about what not to do to it (step away from the soap.) You used it to make some really amazing dinners and very memorable desserts. And if you’ve really gotten into using your skillet, chances are it has gotten a little abuse after all this cooking.

That’s OK. It’s one of the great things about cast iron ― it can easily be brought back to life. You just have to give it a little TLC and re-season your skillet.
