Iman Shumpert Helped Deliver His Baby, And Headphones Were Involved

Talk about a crazy labor story.

Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard Iman Shumpert sure had an interesting start to his Wednesday when he had to help deliver his baby daughter, using a pair of headphones in the process.

Shumpert's fiancée, R&B artist Teyana Taylor, said in an Instagram post that she did not know that she was in labor until after feeling the child's head. Taylor wrote that her daughter was delivered in the bathroom with an emergency operator on the phone.

"Eyes full of tears and barely able to speak to the emergency operator @Imanshumpert tied a pair of red headphones around the umbilical cord," Taylor wrote, noting that the athlete was by her side, "playing Dr."

The couple decided to name their daughter Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr. Congratulations to the new parents!
