Cecily Strong Jabs Obama On Charlie Hebdo, Mom Jeans At White House Correspondents' Dinner

Comedian Cecily Strong didn't hold back in criticizing President Barack Obama on a range of policy and personal issues during remarks at the White House Correspondents' Dinner on Saturday.

At one point, Strong showed a fake photo of herself with former Rep. Aaron Schock (R-Ill.) in Paris, telling Obama, "You should go there sometime."

"I hear the weather's great in January," she added, making it even more clear she was jabbing the president for his absence at the national unity rally after the Charlie Hebdo shootings there earlier this year.

Delving into another issue of foreign policy, Strong brought up the Islamic State, also known as ISIS.

“Even ‘SNL’ got criticized for making fun of ISIS," the "Saturday Night Live" star said. "If anyone is guilty of taking ISIS too lightly, it’s um, you know," she added, nodding toward the president.

She swayed into domestic policy, too, offering appreciation to Obama for the dinner.

"I know this must have cost a ton of food stamps, so thank you," Strong told the president.

And the Chicago native reminisced about what their childhoods could have been like together if they had been friends growing up in the Windy City, playing basketball together while Obama wore her mother's jeans.

Strong also brought up the Secret Service and the arguments of Obama "birthers."
