On behalf of Red Ventures, I'm excited to be part of this incredible movement to help students across the country have the #BestSchoolDay. All children, regardless of geography or circumstance, should have equal opportunity to get the best education possible -- and a critical part of that is having the tools and resources that enable learning.

Funding all of the DonorsChoose.org classroom projects in the greater Charlotte area, which includes Lancaster County, S.C., is a continuation of Red Ventures' commitment to giving back to our local community.

In the last year alone, our employee-driven Community Involvement Program supported 62 local and national organizations as determined by our team and the causes they're passionate about.

We strongly believe in the power of paying it forward. And we're proud to be a part of the continued growth of the Charlotte area -- and as such, we aim to play a significant role shaping the future of our community by donating our time, talents and financial resources.

Our promise is that Red Ventures will keep investing in the young people in our community -- and beyond -- and we hope you'll do so as well by supporting #BestSchoolDay.

This post is part of #BestSchoolDay, a national fundraising movement to ensure students have the supplies and opportunities they need to succeed.
