For "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," J.J. Abrams decided to cast relatively unknown actors to populate his universe, the same strategy adopted by George Lucas for the first film in 1977. Unfortunately, that means that already famous actors and actresses have no shot at wielding a lightsaber or palling around with Chewbacca in the near future.
Thanks to this MTV International's celebrity "Star Wars" impression mastermix, we have a better idea of what it would look like if stars like Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper, Tina Fey and Liam Hemsworth got in touch with their inner Jedi.
JLaw might have racked up a couple of acting awards, but her Chewbacca impression was -- how shall we say -- rusty? She paled in comparison to her "Hunger Games" co-stars Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson, who both impressively replicated the creature's signature growl.
