It's been 50 years since the youngest boomers were born in 1964 -- a year when Beatlemania finally hit this side of the pond, the iconic Ford Mustang was first produced, and the civil rights movement was in full swing with Martin Luther King Jr. awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

And 50 is hotter now than ever and we've got proof! In December, Brad Pitt became the sexiest boomer alive when he turned the big 5-0 and in 2014, the boomers are going to make, well -- quite the boom with some of the hottest names in Hollywood celebrating their half-centuries.

The actor turns 50 on January 7. Cage is so ageless, there were rumors last year he was a vampire after a picture of his 19th century doppelganger surfaced on the internet.

Our fabulous First Lady turns 50 on January 17. "I have never felt more confident in myself, more clear on who I am as a woman. But I am constantly thinking about my own health and making sure that I’m eating right and getting exercise and watching the aches and pains. I want to be this really fly 80-, 90-year old," she told Parade Magazine of the milestone.

"You know what, I'm game for anything. I'm very open to trying to prolong the inevitable," she told New You Magazine. The "Cougartown" actress turns 50 on June 15.
