It looks like quite a few stars are looking to unload some serious real estate this week. Selena Gomez, Adam Carolla and Benji Madden all decided to list their cribs. Take a look at some of these fabulous celebrity homes for sale!
Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez recently listed her home in Calabasas for a touch under $5 million. The 23-year-old singer purchased the Mediterranean-style abode back in 2014 for $3.69 million. The star certainly has a chic sense of style! One room is painted turquoise green with purple floor-to-ceiling curtains. We also love the whimsical outdoor entertaining area, decorated with a delicate string of lights and an awesome wooden table big enough to entertain all of Selena's guests. And of course, the stylish singer has a closet larger than most NYC apartments!
Adam Carolla
Comedian and radio personality Adam Carolla recently listed his Hollywood Hills villa for about $5.3 million. The five-bedroom Spanish-style estate is incredibly romantic; not exactly something you would imagine a comedian living in. The home was built in 1928 and maintains that old-world charm, with cathedral ceilings, arched doorways, Spanish tile and dark wood floors throughout and, of course, a terracotta roof. Out of all of the celebrity homes for sale, this one is no laughing matter!
Benji Madden
Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden listed his cozy Los Angeles home for $1.495 million just weeks after his wife Cameron Diaz listed her NYC abode for $4.25 million. Madden's three-bedroom crib has an open floor plan, hardwood floors, a fireplace and a spacious kitchen with natural wood accents. The musician purchased the home back in 2013 for $1.125 million. Wishing him luck on hitting a high note with a buyer. It's certainly one of our favorites on the list of celebrity homes for sale!
