Hollywood was rocked this week as news of "Glee" star Cory Monteith's tragic death shocked the world.

The 31-year-old actor, who was dating co-star Lea Michele, was found dead in his hotel room in Vancouver on July 13. And on July 16, autopsy results confirmed that his cause of death was a lethal mix of heroin and alcohol.

“Cory’s one of the biggest hearts. Real bright light," Jane Lynch said of her co-star. "He was one of those guys that, you know, he knew he was breathing rarified air. The gifts ... this wonderful show gave us. And he was one of those guys, he was always aware that it was a gift.”

Our hearts go out to his family, friends and "Glee" co-stars.

In other news, Adam Levine is engaged! The "Voice" coach and Maroon 5 frontman proposed to his on-again girlfriend, model Behati Prinsloo, after being a bachelor for years.

Also this week, news of Emma Roberts' July 7 domestic violence arrest hit the web. Reportedly, the 22-year-old was taken into custody in Montreal after getting into a physical altercation with boyfriend Evan Peters. Peters was found with a bloody nose and a bite mark.
