Ochov... oh, no.

Chad Johnson (formerly Chad Ochocinco) and "Basketball Wife" Evelyn Lozada are officially divorced following the domestic dispute that ultimately destroyed their 41-day marriage.

"Evelyn and Mr. Johnson were divorced this morning in an uncontested final hearing," Lozada’s lawyer Michael Gilden tells People. "My client is a single woman and looks forward to her future."

Lozada filed for divorce on August 14, saying their marriage was "irretrievably broken" after Johnson was arrested on August 11 with a misdemeanor domestic violence charge. The former Miami Dolphins wide receiver allegedly head-butted Lozada, leaving her with a "pretty good-sized" laceration on her forehead, police Cpt. Dale Engle told NFL.com following the incident.

Johnson was ultimately cut from the Dolphins and is currently not playing in the NFL this season.

Before filing, Lozada released a statement addressing the incident, saying, "It is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well."

Johnson, who initially refused to participate in divorce proceedings, was distraught after his arrest and tried his best to win back Lozada, obviously to no avail. He even got her face tattooed on his leg, tweeting a curious follower, "Divorce? Child please ... That's my WIFE!"

"I would like to apologize to everyone for the recent events that have occurred," he wrote on his blog following the domestic dispute and divorce filing. "I would like to wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death."
