
The first time we sampled a chai latte, we thought we'd discovered Christmas in a cup. Of course, we went on to discover the tea's versatility. When not paired with milk, the cardamom and ginger flavors are more potent, making for a simultaneously spicy and sweet taste, which is why we think chai is perfect for baking recipes.
