'Charles By The Way' Nails What It's Like To Crush On A Stranger

This Totally Nails What It's Like To Crush On A Stranger

Ever imagined your future with that cute barista you don't know? So has Charles in the depressingly hilarious web series "Charles, by the Way."

Created by Charles Gould and Daniel Hurwitz (of New York comedy show "Live @ the Apt"), the series chronicles one man's attempts to find love in a Brooklyn coffee shop. Charles (Gould) spins wild fantasies about women he's only seen for one second, which crumble the moment he actually engages in conversation.

If you've ever idealized a stranger on the subway, or as in the recent episode, "Jennifer," reached a little too far with a well-intentioned romantic gesture, this is the web series for you.
