Charlie Sheen Loses Custody Bid Against Ex-Wife Brooke Mueller

Charlie Sheen Loses Custody, Hopes Audience 'Had A better F---ing Day Than I Did'

Charlie Sheen lost his bid for full custody of his twin sons Tuesday, as a Los Angeles judge was upset that Sheen had bragged about his former drug use, TMZ reports.

In an ABC interview last February, Sheen confessed that he "probably took more [drugs] than anybody could survive [on]."

"I was banging seven-gram rocks and finishing them, because that's how I roll," he said.

Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller is not without her share of drug problems; she recently re-checked into rehab after refusing to take a drug test, which is mandated by her custody agreement with Sheen.

Nevertheless, Judge Hank Goldberg ruled to keep their current custody agreement intact, and mandated that Sheen and Mueller submit to random drug testing once a week--more frequently than before.

At his Washington D.C. show Tuesday night--part of his Torpedo of Truth tour--Sheen commented on the day's earlier events: "Hope you had a better f---ing day than I did," he said
