If you just can't manage to remember your Fontina from your Emmentaler, don't despair. There are so many varieties of cheese out there (with France alone producing roughly 400 of them) it's understandable if you can't quite keep them straight. We have trouble sometimes too. But that cheese confusion is cleared up quickly with the help of this 16 Flavors Of Cheese infographic.

The infographic by Sean Seidell first categorizes each cheese to one of the 16 flavors such as sauerkraut, pineapple or goaty and then further defines them within that label. The most impressive part of this cheese chart is how aesthetically pleasing it is. We'd like to hang it up on our fridge as our own dairy cheat sheet.
