Chelsea Clinton Wedding Details UPDATE: When, Who, Where & What Dress Designer (VIDEO)

New York Magazine has some new details about Chelsea Clinton's upcoming wedding to Marc Mezvinsky. The nuptials will reportedly be held July 31--but supposedly not on Martha's Vineyard and instead somewhere in New York:

"The wedding planner will contact each guest directly a week in advance and let them know where it is," says the fund-raiser, who speculated that the Hamptons are out because the L.I.E. can be a very long road. The smart money, then, is somewhere upstate, possibly in Westchester or Dutchess County--most likely on property owned by a Clinton supporter. "You really see who their closest friends are in this list," says an insider. "It's not a celebrity-driven wedding."

Former DNC chairman Terry McAuliffe may have been helping out with the location's selection. However, the bulk of the wedding planning is being taken on by Massachusetts event planner Bryan Rafanelli, who has been Hillary Clinton's go-to guy. He's also marrying Congressman Anthony Weiner to Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin. According to "bride-side sources" only 400 people will be invited--including donors, campaign, State Department, and Clinton Foundation staff, foreign dignitaries and both Clinton and Obama White House officials, but Chelsea says she must personally know every guest.

UPDATE:
According to New York writer Dorree Shafrir's Tuesday appearance on "The Early Show," the rumor is that the bride will wear a dress by Oscar de la Renta. Of course, we presented quite a few Chelsea Clinton wedding dress options back in December. Vote for your favorite!
