Cher Rocks A Biker Look In The '80s (PHOTO)

Cher's '80s Look Will Make You Want To Accessorize

Before Lady Gaga and Rihanna were rocking leather ensembles and outrageous getups, there was the ultimate (and still reigning) queen of eccentric style: Cher. Never shying away from beads, sequins or controversy, the singer-actress is the definition of a fashion daredevil. As the ultimate trendsetter she's become an icon and developed a museum-worthy closet. Cher who once said, "Until you're ready to look foolish, you'll never have the possibility of being great," is a sartorial chameleon who has fearlessly tried every look under the sun in her nearly 50 years in the public eye. We've seen her as a cowgirl, a burlesque dancer and now a biker chick.

In this 1980 photo at the wrap party for "Xanadu," Cher has abandoned her trademark long locks of the '60s and '70s and opted for a short cut à la Joan Jett. With a studded leather jacket, oversized metal jewelry, and bright makeup she's the epitome of rocker girl cool.
