Of all the Italian-American foods that we love, chicken Parmesan is by far the loveliest. Not only is it is the best representation of what happens when Italian culture meets American food -- where red sauce and tons of melted cheese is served on top of a piece of perfectly fried chicken -- but it's also the ultimate in comfort food. When it's cold out, there's nothing more satisfying than an ooey, gooey, cheesy chicken Parm.

While chicken Parm is most often served in a hero or on top of spaghetti, that's not the only way to get this dish in your life. You can make it into a burger -- obviously. You can turn it into meatballs. You can even make it into baked ziti. Seriously. Get started, folks, because fall is here and it's demanding chicken Parm.
