There's something inspirational about chili recipes. Maybe it's that you can kind of make chili out of anything. Maybe it's that there is very little competition for dishes that warm you up from the inside out. Maybe it's that we kind of like to argue about the beans vs. no beans debate.
Whatever the reason for our adoration, it's not fading anytime soon. Now that the weather has cooled down, sports are on TV and we're starting to think about food as blankets again.
