The video of this is even better.

Toronto’s Chris Coghlan went full-on Blue Jay during Tuesday’s game against the St. Louis Cardinals.

In the seventh inning, as Coghlan ran toward home, Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina blocked the plate and attempted to tag him out. So Coghlan did what any acrobat superhero flying human player would do: he leapt and flew over Molina.

Even more impressive? Coghlan touched the base and was safe. The Blue Jays pulled ahead during extra innings to beat the Cardinals 6 to 5.
