But apparently this dead horse has some life left in it yet, because while accepting the Rising Star Award at the Deauville Américan Film Festival, Moretz reignited the feud by dragging Hillary Clinton through this mess.
Moretz has been a vocal supporter of the candidate this election season, speaking at the Democratic National Convention, phonebanking at campaign headquarters and helping Hillary pander to the millennials. You know, politics ‘n’ stuff.
Unbeknownst to Clinton (we imagine), this association has also helped Moretz parse through the aftermath of social media sparring with the family Kardashian.
“I think I gave my attention to people that didn’t deserve my attention. So in some ways I think I regret giving them the attention, [though] I don’t regret what I said,” Moretz told The Hollywood Reporter, giving even more attention to the Kardashians. “But also I realized that being the most opinionated and loud person in the room is not always the most impactful. I learned that from Hillary.”
“‘It’s great to be feisty,’ those were her exact words,” Moretz added. “But sometimes the smartest way to get into the psyche of people is to be the quietest person in the room. Let everyone else bicker and throw their words around and then you come in with the quiet voice and that will be the most impactful.”

Like Hillary doesn’t have more important things to do! She was probably talking about dealing with Donald Trump or Vladimir Putin, not about crafting the perfect clapback on social media, Chloe. That being said, Clinton is now the reigning queen of Twitter shade ...
Only time will tell how Kim and the rest of her family will respond, so batten down the hatches and prepare for the second coming of Hurricane Khloe.
