You all remember the beautiful Nikki Cascone from Top Chef. Well, she's opened a Jewish-themed restaurant in the East Village, the misleadingly-named Octavia's Porch, and I like it a lot. I really liked Nikki's chopped liver, better than the traditional version in fact, and so I asked her to make it for me.
