UPDATE:

A rep for Chris Brown told GossipCop that the rant actually wasn't written by Brown.

"It's fake. He currently doesn't have an Instagram," the rep said.

The post was written by a user named ChrisRealBrown, even though that person reportedly is not, in fact, the "real" Chris Brown.

PREVIOUSLY:

Can't everyone just stop talking about Chris Brown's antics already?

Probably not, but naturally that's what the singer is demanding.

Brown took to his Instagram account, which is now private, on Tuesday to blow off steam about the fact that everyone just won't shut up about him. (It wasn't an especially good day for him, after all. Brown will be forced to appear in court again today after investigators said there was not enough evidence to verify he completed his community service hours, and it was also revealed the singer called Frank Ocean a "faggot" during their Jan. 27 fallout.)

Brown bemoaned all the negative attention he's been receiving, writing, "Im wise I can handle the hate but enough is enough yo!! ... Im a human being and I honestly think I deserve respect im sick of being accused..."

But perhaps the most resonant statement Brown made in his Instagram post was this: "Im just tired of this shit... I pray every day and night for a new outcome... and just when everything seems to be going good some new shit happens.. A day in my shoes is a day in hell, believe it of not! Y'all don't wanna be in my predicament..." (Click here to see a screenshot of the entire Instragram rant.)

Brown may be right about that last thought, but it hasn't done anything to sway the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, which filed a motion Tuesday to revoke the "Kiss Kiss" singer's probation as it relates to the 2009 case in which he confessed to beating Rihanna. Prosecutors in the case say the motion conjures up several examples of Brown's ongoing anger management issues, as evidenced, they say, in the brawl with Ocean and in the 2011 outburst that found the singer throwing a chair through a window while on "Good Morning America."

Until next time, Chris Brown Instagram account.
