Chris Rock Complains About The Mets

Thursday was the opening day for the 2011 Major League Baseball season, but Chris Rock doesn't appear to be very excited.

Appearing on the "Late Show with David Letterman" on Thursday night, Rock talked about being a fan of the New York Mets.

"My team is broke Dave,"
he said. "Some teams don't have a cleanup hitter. Some teams don't have a closer or a good pitcher. My team has no money, Dave."

He also said that he appreciates the Yankees, but rooting for them would be like "rooting for Steve Jobs to hit the lotto or something."

Rock went on to say that second base in Citi Field will be a manhole cover this year. Scroll down to watch the video.
