Accused Child Molester, Allegedly Told Police 'I Ain't No Chomo'

An Oklahoma mother helped police rescue her 13-year-old daughter from an alleged abductor after the man kidnapped and sexually assaulted her, police said.

Christopher Hamilton, 24, faces charges of kidnapping, lewd molestation and obstructing. He is being held at the Tulsa County jail on $75,500 bond.

The alleged attack happened in Sand Springs on Monday afternoon. The teen's mother, who is not being identified because her daughter is the alleged victim of a sexual assault, told police she was cooking while her daughter played video games. At some point, the mom noticed the girl, who reportedly functions at the age of a 5-to 6-year-old, was not inside the house.

The concerned mother began a frantic search for her daughter. While searching outside the home she came across a little boy who said he saw her.

"[The boy] told me she had went in this guy's apartment," the girl's mother told Fox23.com.

The woman repeatedly knocked on Hamilton's door, but she got no answer. Undeterred, she called 911 and requested police assistance.

"If I had to break a window to get to her then I was going to do that," she told Fox23.

When officers with the Sand Springs Police Department arrived on the scene, Hamilton allegedly acknowledged he was inside the apartment, but refused to let police inside.

According to the police report, Hamilton kept telling police, "I ain't no chomo." Chomo is prison slang for child molester.

Hamilton kept investigators at bay until the threat of a search warrant prompted him to open the door, police said.

Authorities searched the home and allegedly found the teen inside a bedroom closet. Hamilton denied any wrongdoing and told police he was trying to help the girl, KRJH.com reported.

The teen's mother told Fox23 that she had a gut feeling her daughter was inside Hamilton's apartment and was not going anywhere without knowing.

"My motherly instincts told me not to leave," she said.
