Chuck Schumer Says Keystone Pipeline Will Be 'More Of A Jobs Bill'

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said Sunday that Democrats will try to improve a bill approving the Keystone XL pipeline, but that even with those amendments, he and others will urge President Barack Obama to veto the legislation.
