Congrats to Ciara and Russell Wilson!
The couple, who have been dating since April 2015, are engaged.
The Seattle Seahawks quarterback, who re-signed his contract last year to the tune of $87 million, proposed to the singer with one hell of a massive engagement ring.
Wilson popped the question during the couple's beach vacation in Seychelles at the exclusive resort North Island, and shared the good news in a video on Instagram, which he captioned, "She said Yes!!! Since Day 1 I knew you were the one. No Greater feeling... #TrueLove @Ciara."
"God Is Good! Grateful For You @DangRussWilson. You Are Heaven Sent. I'm Looking Forward To Spending Forever With You," Ciara tweeted along with the above video. She followed up the tweet with a photo that was presumably taken right after Wilson proposed.
This will be the second marriage for Wilson, 27, who split from his former high school sweetheart Ashton Meem in 2014. Ciara, 30, was previously engaged to rapper Future, with whom she has a son, also named Future.
We're particularly excited for the couple since they decided to remain celibate while dating. We can only guess that a short engagement is in order...
