Congratulations are in order for Ciara and Russell Wilson, as they have officially tied the knot!
The singer confirmed the news on Wednesday with a gorgeous Instagram photo of herself and Wilson walking down the aisle with huge smiles on their faces.
“We are The Wilsons!” she captioned the pic.
According to E! News, the couple got married on Wednesday at a small ceremony in Chesire, England. About 100 of the couple's family and close friends reportedly attended the ceremony, which took place at Peckforton Castle. Guests were apparently asked to give up their phones before entering the venue in order to maintain privacy, according to TMZ.
A source told E! News Ciara was “nervous but so excited” for the wedding, noting that she had been getting ready with her bridesmaids all morning. The R&B singer wore a custom Roberto Cavalli gown, designed by the label’s creative director, Peter Dundas.
Photos of the couple ― Ciara dressed in a white gown, Wilson in all black ― surfaced online late Tuesday night, which multiple outlets reported were from their rehearsal dinner.
The "Body Party" singer also reportedly had a bachelorette party a few weeks ago in Las Vegas, where she was joined by the likes of Serena Williams and Kelly Rowland.
Ciara and Wilson began dating in 2015 and announced their engagement this past March; the NFL star popped the question in The Seychelles at the North Island resort.
Ciara was previously engaged to rapper Future, with whom she has a son, also named Future. The two split in 2014.
