Clogs have come a long way from from their Dutch origins. These days the clunky wooden shoes have been re-imagined into sleek, fashion-forward footwear that's constantly spotted on designer runways. However, the one thing that hasn't really changed is how difficult it is to walk in them.
There are comfortable clogs, to be sure, but considering the solid soles don't flex with your foot you might find yourself wobbling from time to time. With that said, we suggest sticking with styles that have heel and/or ankle straps. The added support is just what you need in order to truly rock a pair of clogs with the balance and confidence they (and we) deserve.
