On Sunday May 7th, 2017, the cocktail & spirit tasting adventure is back in action at the 2nd Annual NY Cocktail Expo Long Island. The third show for the EXPO comes after a sold out crowd in Queens with a galant return to the “thirstful” island where a cocktail and craft spirit boom have emerged. Indoors at the legendary Mulcahy’s Pub & Concert Hall in Wantagh, New York’s Premier Spirit & Cocktail Exhibition, the NY Cocktail EXPO will bring all the tastes and feels. With the continuing rise & popularity of craft spirits, this is the ultimate cocktail crawl and largest spirt showcase in the area. It’s a tasting spree of the best cocktail bars on Long Island and craft distilleries all under one roof!

Along with cocktail enthusiasts looking to find the best bars and spirits, the Expo has become a place to try new and exciting drinking concoctions while bartenders and industry minded guests taste spirits and mingle about the mixology “street fair,” meeting distillers and upping their craft cocktail game.

Here are some of the top craft cocktail bars scheduled to throw down!

R&G is paired with Beverage Director Frank Antonetti who has a reputation of turning out some of the best craft cocktails the Island has seen. With 10 taps that include craft beer, cold brew coffee and wine, along with some mad good eats, Huntington Village is lucky to have this bar right in their backyard.

The Brixton: Babylon

Cocktail Program Manager, Bill Carlo returns to the NY Cocktail Expo with refined taste and poise. “The Duster” is a Japanese American Whiskey Sour with Johnny Smoking Gun, an American Whiskey made to compliment the umami of Japanese cuisine. It’s made with Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur and New York Maple Syrup. Look to the Brixton for fine cocktails, good times and incredible food.

Treme is curating craft cocktails and bringing New Orleans flavor along with its delectable food menu. Above are the “High Adventure” cocktail with Monkey Shoulder Scotch, Orgeat, lemon juice, Golden Falernum, Mansinthe Absinthe and orange blossom water. Followed by The “Berry Special Cocktail” with Muddled Mint and Blackberry, Beefeater Gin, Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice and Scrappy's Lavender Bitters.

Award winning mixologist Mark Seaman turned heads at the 1st Annual NY Cocktail Expo and was sought after for the newly opened Flight of Patchogue.
