Elizabeth Fraser, Private Chef, Uses Coconut Oil For Everything

When we first stumbled across the beautiful redhead in Union Square, her shopping bags were full of farmers market goods like asparagus, green onion and lemon thyme. Although her yummy groceries had us drooling, it was her glowing alabaster skin that made us stop in our tracks.

"I think you are what you eat. And I don't put crap into my body." That's the mantra of private chef Elizabeth Fraser, and it seems to be working for her.

It turns out that a healthy diet isn't Fraser's only secret to a radiant complexion -- she is also a big fan of coconut oil. "I use coconut oil for everything! You can stick it on anything and it'll feel better or look better or... taste better!" Looks like it's time to stock up!
