Stephen Colbert had one question for the Denver Post's infamous marijuana editor: "Are you a cop?"
No, Ricardo Baca is not a police officer. "I've been a journalist for over 20 years," he said on Thursday's "Colbert Report." As Colorado has become the first state in the U.S. to legalize recreational pot use, the capital city's newspaper made the very unorthodox hire to keep tabs on news about the drug and its users.
