Stephen Colbert opened Tuesday's "Colbert Report" by reacting to the Supreme Court striking down a key part of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. He feigned outrage, since the law is "It's like those outdated labor laws that prevent kids from threading bobbins in a loom!"
