Colbert Thinks The CDC's 'Zombie Apocalypse' Statement Is Suspicious (VIDEO)

Stephen Colbert is really worried about the so-called "zombie apocalypse," and the government's reaction isn't helping.

The unrelated incidents of cannibalism that have occurred over the last few weeks have raised eyebrows, and the Center for Disease Control even released a statement to The Huffington Post saying that the "CDC does not know of a virus or condition that would reanimate the dead (or one that would present zombie-like symptoms)."

But Colbert pointed out that their position has changed over the years. In 2011, the CDC released a "zombie preparedness guide."

They said that the guide was a joke at the time. But Colbert asked the question on all of our minds. "Sure, back then they said it was a tongue in cheek campaign. but whose tongue in whose cheek?" Why would they have changed their tune? Could the CDC be employing... the living dead?
