Colombia shouldn't have to stop dancing any time soon after edging the Ivory Coast 2-1 in a scintillating Group C clash at Nacional in Brasilia on Thursday. Scoreless into the second half, the match concluded with 30 minutes of thrilling end-to-end action that included three goals in a wild 10-minute stretch.

Los Cafeteros opened the scoring in the 64th minute when James Rodriguez got his head to a corner kick taken by teammate Juan Guillermo Cuadrado. Rodriguez nodded the ball past Ivory Coast goalkeeper Boubacar Barry and then joined his teammates in yet another amazing celebratory dance party.

Colombia would double its lead through Juan Quintero in the 70th minute and that goal would be crucial as Ivory Coast responded. In the 74th minute, Ivory Coast striker Gervinho sliced through the Colombia defense to score an incredible goal. The sensational solo effort ensured it wasn't just time for dancing in Brasilia.

Ivory Coast would continue pushing for an equalizer as the clock ticked toward full time but Colombia would hold on for its second win in as many games. The victory puts Colombia firmly atop the group with one match remaining in the group stage.
