Chatting it up with Rackhouse owner Chris Rippe and festival organizer Josh Mishell, they discuss the barrel-aged revolution, the promise and peril of Stranahan's going national, and much more. And yes, there are lots -- and lots -- of samples consumed, which means by the end, everyone's a bit destructified. Levar would be so proud.
