Happy Fourth of July!

While fireworks are a key part of the festivities for our Independence Day, many cities throughout Colorado have been canceling their fireworks shows due to wildfire dangers (scroll down to see which cities, counties and towns have cancelled their shows thus far).

This year 29 fireworks shows have been cancelled, whereas last year over 40 were cancelled.

That being said, there are still plenty of places to catch a safe fireworks show and celebrate another year living in the land of the free. We've compiled a slideshow of places to see fireworks this year as well as which towns are having parades and other festivities so you can plan the best Fourth of July holiday for you!
