This Bonkers Taiwanese Take On Colorado's Gay Cake Controversy Is A Must-See

What a way to take a sticky situation and make it sweeter!

A Colorado baker who violated his state's anti-discrimination law by refusing to make a wedding cake for a gay couple gets the animated treatment in this hilarious video spoof.

The clip, produced by Next Media Animation, puts a cheeky spin on the case of Masterpiece Cakeshop's Jack Phillips, who argued that he'd rather go to jail than prepare a cake for Charlie Craig and David Mullins because of his religious beliefs.

Unfortunately for Phillips, the Colorado Court of Appeals wasn't in his corner and ruled Aug. 13 that he could not legally cite a religious objection to baking a cake for a same-sex wedding and, as such, had bro state laws which prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.

Next Media Animation, a Taiwanese video animation company, has become known for its humorous, and simple, CGI-animated take on current events.
