What does IMPACT mean to you?

Impact to me means making a change. Making a change that impacts a person, a place, something that has an effect on someone.

What gives you the drive/passion to do what you do? In other words, what is your WHY?

I do what I do because it makes me extremely happy. I love working in an industry that is always pushing the envelope creatively. No idea is a bad idea and it's constant progressive thinking.

HOW do you get your mission out into the world?

Through the network of contacts I've built. I've always had an attribute for being very social and likable which has been a good part of how I've built the mass network of contacts and talent roster.

What did you want to be when you were a child?

I wanted to be a professional football player (Quarterback) but when I was 14 years old I saw the movie Jerry McGuire and that is what sparked the HUGE interest in becoming an agent.

What does success mean to you?

Success means happiness, but happiness in life, love mentally, physically, career. I know, so cliche. If you look at life through a positive lens and put out that energy, you're more likely to receive it back. Maybe not all the time because life has it's up's and down's but it's how I try to live my life.

What is the biggest sacrifice you’ve made in starting or running your business?

The biggest sacrifice by far has been not having a social life or take any spontaneous vacations, because I'm so hands on with everything it's hard for me to get away. Also, I love what I do so it feeds my competitive drive.

If you can bring anyone to lunch (dead or alive) who would it be and why?

I would probably bring Barack Obama to lunch. He's just so inspiring to me I would just want to pick his brain.

What is the first thing you do every morning to start your day off right?

Every morning I wake up at 5:30 am and box. I'm insanely addicted to it and am training to do my first amateur boxing match.

What did you learn from your biggest failure?

To not jump the gun and over promise things, To let the dust settle and make a not so reactive decision.

What’s your favorite book/movie of all time and why did it speak to you so much?

I'd have to say The Goonies. It was my all-time favorite film that always made my imagination run crazy and it never got old. I thought films were so amazing and cool to make.

If you could go back in time, what year would you travel to and why?

I'd probably go to the late 60's early 70's to see how my parents were in the early 20's

What’s on your bucket list this year?

To go to Greece and explore.

What does the world need more of?

Well right now, the world needs a lot more love and compassion. There is so much divide currently with race and religion. There was a saying that my Grandfather used to always say "We're ALL citizens of the planet earth when it really comes down to it."
