What are you afraid of?

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, fear is defined as "an unpleasant emotion caused by being aware of danger : a feeling of being afraid", or "a feeling of respect and wonder for something very powerful". As explained by Outspeaker Donna Yatz of Psych IRL, the things we fear and the reasons we're afraid can be the cause of all sorts of missed opportunities in life. Oftentimes, we take the safe route, fearing mistakes we might make otherwise.

In her video 'Being Afraid', Donna helps us to understand and overcome our fears in order to live a complete life, rather than the possibility of being saddled by regret. By no longer holding back and by taking risks, the possibility of exciting outcomes is infinite. As cliché as it sounds, don't be afraid to take that step toward achieving your dreams.

On her Psych IRL channel, Donna Yatz's applies the principles of psychology to real life stories and scenarios. By speaking personally on a variety of topics, Donna helps others apply a psychological lens to their everyday experiences.
