I just read this on a blog today then logged onto the Army Times website this afternoon and verified the content below...a few hours later it was no longer accessible on the Army Times site...this is absolutely frightening. I also spoke to someone yesterday who is in a major deal with a HUGE US company to deal with technology for the supposedly increasing disasters over time in the years to come...we already have economic chaos, energy-related fears, weather-related disasters on the increase, next may be political then the kind caused by what is described below. These soldiers will also learn how to use non-lethal weapons designed to 'subdue unruly or dangerous individuals" without killing them, and also includes equipment to stand up a hasty road block; spike strips for slowing, stopping or controlling traffic; shields and batons; and, beanbag bullets...'
