Cory Booker's Twitter has been a thing of beauty throughout Hurricane Sandy and its aftermath. The Newark mayor was already known as an active presence on social media, but he really stepped it up during the devastating weather, using his Twitter to respond to citizens requesting help.

But even Cory recognizes that there's a line where his constituents need to help themselves.
