Courtney Love Covers '99 Problems' At Sundance

Courtney Love covered Jay-Z's "99 Problems" during her performance at the Sundance Film Festival.

"It's so genius, it either sucks or it's genius," the 48-year-old rockstar proclaimed before launching into the rapper's 2004 hit during her concert at Star Bar on Jan. 21.

The former Hole frontwoman didn't rap, opting to arrange the song into her signature angry alt-rock style, and still managed spark a bit of controversy by staying a little too faithful to most of the the song's lyrics -- dropping the N-word a few times.

The always entertaining singer reportedly caused a scene both on and off stage while in Park City, Utah. Sources told Fox411 that when Love stopped by the Miami Lounge gifting suite to pick up some swag including a fur coat, she looked "pretty disheveled" as she rushed in and out trying to nab various gifts from different locations.

"Courtney mentioned wearing the jacket on stage, and took a passport holder and a wallet and a fur hat," an eyewitness told the website. "She was asking if she looked crazy, but after reassurance, took it."
