Hey, It's CPR awareness week! And, what better time to get an update on the new guidelines to help everyone stay alive.

I love these new videos and guidelines that can help everyone learn how to save a life. It makes learning CPR easy and memorable.

All you have to do is remember two things:

  1. Call 9-1-1 or send someone to do it.
  • Place your hands on the person's chest and push down hard and fast at the rate of 100 beats a minute, which is the same rate as singing along to the Bee Gee's song "Staying Alive."
  • It only takes 60 seconds to learn.

Here's another video that I love from CBS's hit show and one of my favorites, Rules of Engagement.
