If you walk into a Williams-Sonoma, Sur La Table and Bridge Kitchenware, you'll probably see pretty much identical sets of kitchen appliances. You'll see stand mixers, food processors, coffeemakers, juicers, waffle irons and, if you're lucky, a sous vide-enabling thermal circulator. But things in the electronic kitchenware world weren't always so uniform, as a new slideshow at shows us.
