The verdict in the trial of Boston mobster Whitey Bulger was announced Monday. So the Daily Caller's response, obviously, was to run a slideshow of models and actresses entitled "11 Whiteys who give us Bulgers."
The captions read as follows: "Jennifer Aniston ages like a fine wine that you want to look at naked," and "Cameron Diaz has legs for dias."
The post was penned by one Scoops Delacroix, a self-described "freelance writer and whaling enthusiast," whose other posts include "Sexy Sundae: Beautiful women eating ice cream" and "11 signs you might be dead."
Scoops Delacroix is apparently a fake reporter byline, according to Fishbowl DC, that is shared by the office and usually used by deputy editor Will Rahn and senior editor Jamie Weinstein.
