Dan Houser, Grand Theft Auto Creator, Buys Truman Capote's Brooklyn Heights Home (PHOTOS)

The Brooklyn Heights home where Truman Capote penned the classic novel "Breakfast At Tiffany's" is officially the new residence of Dan Houser, the creator of another kind of masterpiece.

Not familiar with Houser's work? Houser is the co-founder of Rockstar Games, known for the highly addictive and violent video game, Grand Theft Auto.

The game's fourth edition, which promotes abusing prostitutes and stealing cars, has won critical acclaim from the gamer community and sold over 22 million copies. Houser is also responsible for enabling Fred Armisen's obsession with the series.

According to The Observer, Houser will now claim his throne at 70 Willow Street, where he'll retire in any of the 11 bedrooms he fancies or relax in the home's stunning 2,500 square-foot garden.

The historic home was originally listed for $18 million, but according to city records, Houser snatched the yellow mansion for a cool $12.5 million, officially the most expensive single-family home sold in Brooklyn Heights.
