'Mean Girls' Star Daniel Franzese Has A Musical Valentine For You

Daniel Franzese turned back the clock for a cheeky ode to romantic infatuation ― just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Backed by members of the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles, the “Mean Girls” and “Looking” star showed off his musical chops for “Available,” a witty, 1950s-inspired tune that captures the urgency of a first encounter with a handsome stranger.

“We’ve all been there. You see a handsome stranger across the room for the first time. Your heart starts beating faster. A bead of sweat forms on your brow,” a chorus spokesperson said of the video in a press release sent to The Huffington Post. “Before you know it, every waking thought is focused on this person. Are they single? Are they interested? More importantly, ARE THEY AVAILABLE?”

In real life, Franzese, 38, is enjoying an enviable romance of his own. In July 2016, he proposed to his partner, Joseph Bradley Phillips, at a Los Angeles Starbucks where the couple met two years beforehand. Eagle-eyed fans will be able to spot Phillips in the video as a flirtatious suitor.
